David Scott Auslander

I'm a faculty member at Miami's leading medical school, and was sued by the family of a child who died at our hospital. The university hired a team of lawyers to represent me, but much of what they said seemed to make little sense. I was referred to David by a colleague. He patiently explained eve...rything to me, in non legalese, and then agreed to be a liason with the hired firm. He ended up directing them on how to best defend the case, and we won, on summary judgment. When I asked him to bill me, David refused -- he was happy to help. (He has done very well financially, and really doesn't need the money any more). I made a charitable donation in his honor, and can't thank him enough. Anyone who hires him to represent them joins a privileged club that I am now proud to be a part of.

MY girlfriend and I were in a bad crash with a tractor in South Dade. The cops never bothered to find out who owned the tractor. David hired a investigator who would not take no, and found the tractor. A very rich farmer owned it and David sued him and got us lots of money. If no for David we get... nothing. He the best.
