As founder and CEO of The Monfiston Firm, P.A, Daniel has dedicated his practice to the representation and advocacy of policyholders in disputes against large insurance companies throughout Florida. He firmly believes that policyholders enter into insurance contracts with large insurance companies for one thing only: peace of mind. So when these large insurance companies fail to comply with their contractual obligation of making their policy holders whole, and fail to treat their insureds with respect and fairness, you need to know where to go to make sure those rights are protected.
