Chad Piotrowski

I had the pleasure of hiring Chad a few days after being let out of the jail to fight my Marijuana and Hash Oil case. I was caught with a very small amount of marijuana and an even smaller amount of hash oil, but the police lied and changed the weights to much larger ones. This didn't impact my cas...e, but it shows how dishonest the police system is. Luckily Chad already was well aware of this fact and integrated it into his compassionate care toward me holistically and my case. Chad took hours to speak with me on the phone and always texted me back promptly. Chad gave me a great deal on the pricing, and incredible service. The day of the case, I was already walking out minutes after walking in to the court room after Chad had the judge tell me that my case was DISMISSED!!! The charges were totally dropped and thrown away for my FELONY Hash oil, Misdemeanor Marijuana, and Misdemeanor "resisting arrest" which the fine police officers decided to throw in just for fun. Chad also took the time to petition for the return of my backpack, police body camera footage of their brutality and anti-semitism, telling me I should "go back to Israel" and that they were arresting me "specifically because it is shabbat" (which the police conveniently lost footage for), and also offered tons of other strategies to go after a case dismissal if Plan A or B did not work. I qualify as a Florida Medical Marijuana patient. Unfortunately the Florida marijuana policies are extremely corrupt and are currently developing as a government-led cartel/monopoly. Due to this I had my own medicine for my chronic TMJ and migraines. I have since left Florida and moved to California where I am a Medical Marijuana patient legally being treated with the exact same products I spent a night in jail for in Miami. Chad is someone you can definitely trust with your case, especially if you're lucky enough to get arrested in Miami-Dade county like me where it is much easier to drop drug charges. Any time I called Chad he almost always picked up right away. On my way out of Miami undercover police at the airport profiled me and searched all my stuff and brought dogs out to find nothing whatsoever. Chad answered the phone during this search and told me I had nothing to worry about because they were just screwing with me. Another time I had a police officer attempting to arrest me for driving without insurance due to a horrible car rental service provided by Turo.com which led me to be driving a car that was not even the same one I had the paperwork for.... and this was in California.. and Chad still picked up and took the time to help me as his client. I feel like I put Chad through a lot of headaches over my phone calls and the fact that he has always answered the call and got my whole case DROPPED all charges DISMISSED with NO RECORD and the ability to still write on my job applications that I have NEVER BEEN ARRESTED makes me feel at such ease that I am so happy I hired him. I enjoyed working with Chad on a personal level and found him to have a good sharp sense of humor and he offers a personal vibe that makes you feel like he's one of your buddies. He is extremely intelligent and well-educated in the legal system and its loopholes. Anything he does not know he can be trusted to learn and figure out. He saved my life and I made it to California alive in one piece free as a bird!

Chad was a great help to me getting all of my charges dropped. I was looking at a felonies and two mistermeanors. He was available at anytime for any questions and has a very reasonable reatainer fee. Chad handled everything very professional and in a timely manner. Chad is an excellent attorney. As a working parent I was not able to be at court to support my daughter while going through criminal charges. Chad was there every single time supporting my daughter by keeping her informed, by contacting her previous attorneys from out of State to reduce her case from... criminal to civil.
