Replied last November 03, 2020That’s a fair assessment and I appreciate the feedback. Once COVID hit, I was no longer able to visit the jail. Instead, we had to use secure video jail visits, which I used to meet with your son on numerous occasions and every time there was an important update on his case. Additionally, my investigator met with him on numerous occasions as well. As you know, I’m extremely easy to communicate with and always available. We worked together for a very long time- in excess of a year. Your son never said anything to me that he desired more from me. I would’ve happily set up more time to talk to him. I wish I would’ve known. The entire legal system has adapted during the pandemic, but things are not like they normally are. Also, I can’t call the jail, he had to call me. I told him many times over the course of the case that if he ever wanted to talk to me, he could call the office, we have money on our account at all times to accept jail calls and we always pick up. I said that to him a few times, because he rarely called. I know this was his first case (and hopefully his only case ever), but I can assure you that I probably had more contact with him over the many months it took to resolve this case (with a very good result) than most lawyers here in South Florida. I’m sorry that I had to hear about this after the fact. This was an easy fix. Communication is a two way street and I had no idea until now. Sorry about that, but it doesn’t negate the result we were able to obtain. If there was a misstep on the communication I can deal with that and I can always be better. Thanks again for the feedback and thanks for the positive review about my services and the result we were able to obtain. I’ll be in touch because I promised I would push for work release and I will do everything I can to get him home as early as possible.

I hired him for the case before my last case
I was very hard on Chad I thought he was being lazy. But, after catching another case and hiring a different lawyer I noticed chad did a much better job than my new lawyer. He will be my go too from now on and I recommend him to everyone
