After signing the contract to hire Carmen Arce I had severe difficulties to speak with her, she never replied to my phone calls, never called back and didn't agree to see me until 6 days before I was supposed to depart USA. I got insulted by her colleagues by phone. The lawyer herself told me by emai...l that my case was not important to her because she was busy with other clients. Due to her recommendation and very difficult circumstances I left USA which broke up my family and left my daughter to grow up without her father. My case was denied by USCIS, not because I was not eligible to be accepted but because Carmen Arce Immig. made mistakes when filing my case. The firm was happy to charge me extra for documentation they could not even file with USCIS but they still did. As a result I now have 10 years ban to enter USA. After receiving my denial notice not once I heard from Arce herself, I repeatedly emailed her until she found a minute to reply with excuses treating me as if I was wrong. I discussed my case directly with USCIS and they confirmed that Arce Immig. made the mistakes that became fatal to my case and my case was denied. This company has huge issues with lack of professionalism and lack of attention to detail which are inevitable with immigration cases.

I was looking to immigrate to the U.S. a couple of years ago.
