Mr. Acevedo handles complex internaitonal and domestic tax matters providing diagnostics, consulting, structure design, execution, administrative representation before the IRS, and court litigation before the US Tax Court, the 11th Circuit Courts of Appeals, the United States Court of Federal Claims, the US Court of International Trade, and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
