Biography
Victoria Gonzalez is the founder and Managing Attorney of Victoria Gonzalez, PLLC, a Miami-based law practice focused on real estate and commercial disputes.
Victoria holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Philosophy and Psychology from Florida International University, attained in 2011. She earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law–Camden in 2014 and is the proud recipitent of the Maureen Aguilar Humor Award. Admitted to the Florida Bar in 2015, she practiced with several respected Florida law firms representing clients in complex real estate and commercial litigation matters before opening her own firm in November of 2025.
Today, Victoria represents individuals, investors, and businesses in disputes involving property rights, contractual obligations, and commercial relationships.
Victoria currently serves as the Chapter Advisor for the Xi Sigma Chapter at FIU. She also has a passion for acting and stand up comedy.
