I DO NOT recommend you work with this law firm, they are complete BS and will waste your time and money to accomplish absolutely nothing. Hired them to defend against a scam artist landlord trying to sue over excessive claims of damage to his property after the lease ended. I provided more than enoug...h evidence to defend against these frivolous claims and cooperated the entire time. Mathew and his team allowed this law suit to drag on for YEARS, consistently sending invoice after invoice and billing me for services rendered. Communication was poor the entire time and after two years of paying them come to find out they accomplished absolutely nothing the entire two years, allowing this landlord and his attorneys to keep delaying the lawsuit and would create excuses as to why the court dates kept getting extended. Save your time and money and DO NOT hire this firm!

I received a consultation from Matthew to discuss an exorbitant fee the property management company of my duplex charged me for sending over a plumber to fix the hot water, which suddenly stopped working 8 months into the lease. Prior to signing my lease, the company sent me a list of utilities that ...I was responsible for setting up accounts with; however, they failed to include that the hot water was gas and that I would need to set up an account. I even had to send them a confirmation before moving in of all the active utility accounts I set up. It was their mistake that they didn't include this one utility and failed to inform me that it was my responsibility.
