If you can find another lawyer for your moneys worth
She worked on O1 visa for me and the company interested in hiring me. Initially she promised the world and said that the filing would be a piece of cake and at the end advised me to withdraw the application and then blamed everyhting on me.

Worst lawyer ever seen!
In 2005, This lawyer filed my H1b, the package was lost. They used Fedex ground shipping, no signature required!! The case was not tracked until the quote has been used up 3 months later. This lawyer refiled H1b in 2006, and filed H4 to fill the gap between F1 and H1. The H4 should had been 3 mon...
