rwin AST Law Review I am sharing my personal experience with this attorney so that others can make an informed decision. We hired this Irwin AST for a serious personal injury case involving swallowing a bristle from a barbecue bush purchased from a major retailer which lodged in my throat extr...emely close to my carotid artery which resulted in 5 days in a traumatic medical emergency, surgery with a significant scar on my neck and a long recovery. After years of working toward a resolution, the defendant made an initial low ball settlement offer of $60,000 which then Irwin using what felt to me like fear tactics pushed extremely hard for me to accept it, pushing that rejecting it could result in having to pay this huge retailers legal fees. He basically after talking a big game about what a great trial lawyer he was seemed to want to just take a low ball offer, get his money and move on. Throughout my experience he was always pushing to settle and seem to not really care about the pain and trauma I went through enduring this during Covid and the extremely invasive surgery I went through My family and I did not feel comfortable with the pressure to settle, so we declined the offer. We proceeded to mediation and ultimately with more pressure from Irwin settled for $175,000 — nearly three times the amount of the offer Irwin urged me to take originally. Due completely to my rejection of the low ball offer and because of the larger settlement, the portion of the settlement increased substantially increasing almost 300%. Due to this, after the case concluded, we wrote a polite letter asking him to consider reducing his fee from 40% to 30% in light of the circumstances. This would still have resulted in him receiving more than twice what he would have earned had we accepted the lower offer he pushed for. He very crassly refused to reduce the fee by even a single dollar. Throughout the process, my impression was that he was far more focused on reaching a quick settlement than on pursuing the strongest outcome for me as his client. I often felt pressured to settle rather than supported in exploring the best path forward. Based on my experience, I would not choose this attorney again and I can not recommend hiring him I my personal opinion Irwin is the type of attorney that gives lawyers a bad name!!!

They are rude .Nicole the receptionist. I call to speak with my attorney ..they don't hear u out there very rude but this are the law firm I decide to have on my case they don't hear me out they over talk me in a very rude way. I'm homeless now with autism son I called to try to speak to my attorney ...and his assistant and the girl Nicole the reception is very rude every time I call and there are no better they talk nasty too
