Davide Proietti

Davide Proietti is an associate at Marko & Magolnick, P.A. and practices primarily in the areas of commercial transactions, corporate governance, and commercial litigation.

Mr. Proietti was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2017 and received his law degree from Florida International University College of Law, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class, with magna cum laude honors. While in law school, Mr. Proietti was a senior staff member of the FIU Law Review, and received multiple academic awards and scholarships, including a “Best Editor” award from the FIU Law Review and Book Awards in Contracts, Introduction to International & Comparative Law, Conflict Management, Legal Skills and Values III, International Trade law & Policy, and The Law of Corporate Finance.

Mr. Proietti received his undergraduate degree in International Finance and Marketing, cum laude, from the University of Miami. While in college, Mr. Proietti led a joint research effort involving the College of Engineering and the Abbess Center for Ecosystem Science and Policy to develop a feasibility study for a recycling and waste-to-energy project on campus.

Before becoming a lawyer, Mr. Proietti worked as an international sales representative and executive for a mid-size Italian manufacturing company, which specializes in the production of composite materials, general aviation airplanes, and defense systems.

Mr. Proietti was born in Rome, Italy. He moved to South Florida in 2009 after completing a three-year cadet training course with the Italian Air Force. He is fluent in Italian and conversational in Spanish.
