I had an issue with the Florida State AG. Subsequent to acquiring his services, Ron was thoughtful and decisive in his initial correspondence with the AG, which quickly developed into a mutually respectful rapport. At every point during the various phases of resolving this complaint, he made it clea...r that he not only had a firm grasp of the law, but also that he would not be bullied or intimidated by federal office bureaucracy. Ultimately, due to both his professionalism and tactful candor, the case was dropped. I cannot say enough to express my enthusiasm and respect for Mr. Ron Kleiner. He truly cares about his clients.
