Jonathan S Meltz

Jonathan Meltz is an outstanding attorney in my opinion. Unfortunately, I found myself needing legal counsel not once, not twice, but 3 times for my teenage and not so teenage sons. I called Jonathan every time and he was readily available. I can't begin to explain how frightening these situations... were for me and my sons. I am so happy I was able to have an honest, trustworthy, knowledgable, and highly respected attorney representing them. Jonathan took the time to explain the legal process and certain laws. He explained the gravity of the case to us but he managed to also give us cautious hope that everything would be alright. He took the time to counsel my sons in the errors of their ways and took the time to calm a sometimes hysterical mother. As we were in court many times, I would watch closely other attorneys arguing their cases and always came to the same conclusion, relieved to have Jonathan representing us. As a matter of fact, we were leaving the courthouse one day and a bailiff came to us to say hello to Jonathan and said to me that we had one of the best and highly respected attorneys representing us. I found that to be reassuring coming from a bailif. I would recommend Jonathan Meltz as legal counsel with absolutely no hesitation.

My experience with Mr.Meltz was absolutely exceptional. I was involved in a horrible accident and charged with DUI with serious bodily injury (which is considered a felony). He went above and beyond with my case. Not only did he drop it from a felony to a misdemeanor but he was able to take it to tri...al and prove me innocent. The state had "evidence", pictures of open beer bottles in my car, witnesses at the scene that claimed I was intoxicated. Still, he was able to prove I was not impaired and I was found innocent. I highly recommend this attorney to anyone who's ever involved in a DUI/Criminal case.
