Biography
A proud graduate of the public school system (Southwest High School, Miami-Dade Community College, Florida International University, and Florida International University College of Law). I was admitted to the Florida Bar in October 2007.
Prior to practicing law, I was a congressional aide for a local Congresswoman in the Miami District Office. I had the pleasure of serving her constituents for over four years in a myriad of issues.
Currently, I am the President of the Law Offices of Denise Lambert, PA. I am proud to assist clients in various types of representation including: consumer and business bankruptcy (Chapter 7 & 13), creditor defense in bankruptcy cases, first party homeowner insurance claims and litigation, foreclosure defense and loan modification/mitigation programs, and representation of condominium associations throughout Miami-Dade County.
I have three beautiful children and an amazing husband who serves in the US Army. I am an avid champion of parent involvement in the school system and children's education. I am currently a Board Member for the PTA and FIPA (French International Program Association).
