Words can’t express how satisfied I am of Mr. Daniel Tibbit’s expertise. My son was sentenced to 50yrs in prison. I was looking for someone to represent him and get the sentence vacated. I was sent to him by a friend. We met and I liked his demeanor. It went from there. I didn’t bother him much but ...when anything change he kept me up to date. I only bothered him when Javaris asked me have I spoke to him. Then the court proceedings started, we had a few continuous but nevertheless he was always ready. In January Mr. Daniel J Tibbit was able to present the facts that got the 50yr sentence vacated. So now we had the probation violation to deal with, so were back in court on the 26 of March at 8:30 a.m. Proceedings started and the Judge asked a few questions as to a plea we wanted time served, the judge asked how many year left and it was 3 yrs and he said I’ll do 2 yrs 1 year early termination. Our family was there for support we yelled with joy of the verdict. Now my son is home with family and friends. I am forever grateful. Thank you Daniel for everything and for never wavering. Heaven sent us an angel. When God is in the mist of everything all things are possible . Thanks to the man behind my sons freedom.
