Biography
Evan is a graduate of FIU College of Law and presently an attorney with the law firm Ritter Chusid, LLP. He started his career as a Public Defender in Broward County handling criminal traffic, misdemeanor, and felony level cases. There, Evan gained valuable experience handling cases from intake through trial (both jury and non-jury). Prior to working for Ritter Chusid, Evan was an attorney at a civil firm repesenting some of the largest corporations, banks and financial instutitions in the country. Prior to that, Evan was a partner at Fisher, Butlien, & Rosenberg, PA. There Evan handled criminal, civil, family and commercial matters. Evan has become a well-rounded trial lawyer with a passion for litigating and bringing cases to trial. Today, Evan is equipped to handle a number of areas of the law including cases relating to commercial litigation, real estate litigation, among many other things.
Evan is also an adjunct professor of legal studies, teaching various undergradaute and graduate level law courses to local colleges and universities.
