Initially, I spoke with his assistant Martha, who answered all of my questions about the process, requirements and timeline. Most impressive was the amazing customer service she provided. She followed up with... me multiple times to ensure that I submitted the required documents within a timely manner. My schedule can be hectic, so it was really beneficial to have those reminders. Her demeanor throughout the entire process was professional and accommodating. Also, I received the same level of assistance from Diana when Martha was out of the office. The whole staff exceeded my high expectations, they're receiving 5 Stars from me!

Over the past 4-5 years I have received a handful of speeding tickets. Daniel Schulefand and his team have always responded to my requests promptly, professionally, courteously.
