Ron S. Bilu

On two separate incidences (i.e., 5 years apart), I contacted and hired Ron Bilu regarding landlord/tenant conflict. The former issue expanded with Condo Management as a third-party; the latter court mediation. For both cases, Ron and the supportive staff went the extra mile demonstrating exceptional... expertise and customer service. He and his team strategically dominated when and where it counted most and exceeded all expectations as my counsel. He and his team also helped me maintain good standing and secure a better residence in the same condominium. He is a strong leader with much integrity and compassion. I recently leased a 2,400 SF commercial space for my new medical practice. Ron Bilu, Esq.'s law practice was located in the same building. Ron represented the building owner with new and renewal lease agreements. I personally worked with Ron in negotiating my new lease agreement, which was done in an... efficient and timely manner. Ron was very knowledgeable in commercial lease agreements. I felt that Ron not only had his client's best interest at heart, but mine as well. Ron was very professional and fair to both parties. He was a pleasure to work with, regardless of the fact that I was not his client with this particular situation. I have since referred clients to Ron for real estate representation and for other legal matters. I will use Ron Bilu, Esq., as well, for any real estate representation that I may need in the future.

Ron Bilu was invaluable in assisting me and another family member with differing real estate related legal matters. He assisted with two different foreclosure matters and also handled a loan modification. He was very helpful, knowledgeable about what was needed, and took ownership of the matters he... and his staff were handling. We did not have to chase him down for information and resolved all issues with an excellent outcome. In the end, the foreclosure was dismissed which forced the lender to offer a workable loan modification arrangement. I hope to never have to go through that process again, as they were triggered due to hardships and not irresponsibility. However, I trust Ron completely and am confident, no matter what type of legal matter he is representing, he will be empathetic to the emotional challenges his clients are dealing with and provide the best legal counsel available.
