Made the mistake of paying a flat fee of $3000 to have Ron negotiate a lower payoff with a lender. From the start it took sometimes weeks for anyone at Ron's office to respond to inquiries. Months go by without any updates and although Ron explicitly cited how he had never been unsuccessful at negoti...ating down debts with a lender, he was unsuccessful in my case. I guess it must have been the first one if you want to believe that. The property ended being sold at foreclosure for much less than what I had offered to pay the lender.
