Geil and his firm represent me in my foreclosure. My situation is quite unique as I am a high earner but my house is under-water to the tune of over $300K. I have been trying to renegotiate under HARP and HARP II for 3+ years and I always get turned down due to my income. However paying this mo...rtgage for the rest of my life with negative equity, with constantly escalating interest rates is just plain stupid. So I hired Geil to handle my foreclosure. His attentiveness, knowledge and professionalism have kept me in my home for over 2 years and there is no end in sight. In fact it is possible I may end up owning the house free and clear of a mortgage. My only complaint is that I must ping him and his staff for an update rather than he sending me periodic updates on my case, but this is minor since I always get an immediate and professional response from him when I contact him. However I would recommend to him that he develop a contact tickler that sends an update on your case every three months or so, even if its to say nothing new to report. However I recommend him highly and have already done so. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.
