The attorney helped me a lot in my marriage case. He never failed to provide me attention when I had doubts and questions. My entire process was very smooth and whenever I felt worried about something they always reassured me with their knowledge. Sure enough, here I am, three years later an American... citizen! I am now starting a new process for my mother and I would hands down recommend him to anyone who is in need of good immigration counsel.

After hired Mr.Cifuentes, was impossible to talk to him again to obtain any information about the case or consulting about other options. I paid in full and never got anything in return, no even an email. His staff is rude and apparently that's a normal practice in his firm. I wasted my money a...nd worst yet my time waiting for something that never happened, to be honest, I actually doubt he ever started my case.

We retained Edward and he filed things back words along with we gave his assistant cash that couldn't be accounted for when I asked for a copy of everything we had paid. He pawned us off onto another attorney who was clueless. No one ever had answers for our questions. They drug everything out. Had u...s waiting in his office for over 2hours never seemed to care. We paid money ahead for things and he would not refund us. Had nothing but excuses. Now he has messed my husbands immigration documents up so bad cost us so much money with a new attorney. You have to call 100 times and email a ton of times to even get a response. I would not recommend this office if it was the only or last immigration office or attorney left on Earth.
