Unbelievable rude staff, awful experience and even worse, waste of time We hired this firm in 2016 under a good recommendation of a friend, Mr Cifuentes is a nice person to talk but after you hired his services, everything changed His staff is beyond rude and very unprofessional, documents that w...e been waiting for, was in their office for almost 2 weeks and they never even bother to call us. Our case still on going but I can tell that the experience is very disappointing and I regretted to hired this company. Our case is a very simple case and doesn’t require any major strategies, just present facts and documents so this whole thing should be a smooth sailing but so far is not the case

After hired Mr.Cifuentes, was impossible to talk to him again to obtain any information about the case or consulting about other options. I paid in full and never got anything in return, no even an email. His staff is rude and apparently that's a normal practice in his firm. I wasted my money a...nd worst yet my time waiting for something that never happened, to be honest, I actually doubt he ever started my case.
