Biography
Andrew Rader is the founder of Rader Law Group, a South Florida law firm devoted to personal injury, medical malpractice, and emerging issues in reproductive law. With over 30 years of courtroom experience in both Florida and New York, he is proud to be among the fewer than 1% of attorneys in Florida who are board-certified in civil trial law.
In recent years, he has become nationally recognized for his work in the evolving field of in vitro fertilization (IVF) and reproductive negligence handling complex and emotionally sensitive cases involving embryo destruction, IVF mix-ups, and fertility contract disputes. His legal work in this space has contributed to shaping new standards of accountability for IVF clinics and reproductive medicine providers nationwide.
Andrew earned his B.A. in Economics from Binghamton University, followed by his law degree, cum laude with Honors, from The George Washington University Law School, where he was selected to the Moot Court Board for excellence in oral advocacy. He began his legal career as a public defender in the South Bronx, and later became an AV-rated civil trial lawyer with a strong track record of successful, high-value recoveries for his clients.
Beyond litigation, he is passionate about legal education. Andrew has taught trial advocacy at the Al J. Cone Trial Advocacy Institute and regularly lead CLE programs for attorneys and paralegals through the Florida Justice Association and Florida Atlantic University. He has also delivered keynote presentations at leading fertility expos, including the Florida Fertility Expo and EMPOWER Health 2025, where he focused on the critical intersection of law, medicine, and patient rights.
