Hello, my name is Michael Davis, and I thank you for visiting my Avvo profile.

I clerked for David Boone in 1979 while I attended law school. In 1981, we began working together. Over the past thirty-five years, we have represented thousands of clients for all kinds of personal injury claims including medical malpractice, auto, truck, and motorcycle accidents, defective products or product liability claims, slip and falls, playground accidents, theme park accidents and victims of criminal attacks occurring at malls, apartments, clubs and bars.

We have handled claims with injuries including traumatic brain injuries, paraplegia, quadriplegia, spinal cord injuries, amputations, blindness, CRPS-RSD, herniated discs, broken bones and more. We are always representing people that have suffered an injury. We are here to serve our clients. Some of our staff has been with us for over twenty years and helps us help our clients. We are proud of our profession and we love our work. We try to make all our clients feel special. We think they are.

We are litigators. If the at-fault party fails to offer a fair settlement, we will file suit and prepare the case for trial. (Many personal injury lawyers do not litigate – see the section “Why hire us?” #2). We have technology to assist us in presenting a clear and persuasive case on your behalf. Even when we file suit, most of the cases settle before picking a jury.

SUPER HERO

Michael Davis and his team are definitely 5 Star. I recently suffered a severely broken hip due to a negligent security firm that failed to protect me against criminal activity at a shopping plaza. When I speak to Mr. Davis and his team they make feel like I am speaking to real friends. He and his... team exert sincerity, care and compassion Considering the extent of my injuries and the emotions that accompany being permanently disabled, it's truly comforting to feel I have a friend fighting for me. Best I Have Found for P.I.

Michael Davis has been used by me to handle two personal injury cases to successful conclusions over a twenty year period. His firm has sent me a birthday greeting as well as a Holiday card in December every year over those years. You can speak to him directly when you call. If he is unavailable, ...he will return your call as soon as he can. I would not use any other attorney for a personal injury case. Mr. Davis is my "go to" guy.
