Going to a legal battle? Bring the best lawyer with you. And that is Jacqueline Howe!

Seriously the best litigation attorney you will find. I have known Jacqueline (Jackie) for years and have worked extensively with her on several cases and projects. I say projects because I met Jackie through working in the nonprofit world. On her cases she is extremely dedicated, smart, know...ledgeable, tough, direct, and at times intimidating when she needs to be. You won't be disappointed if you hire her for your case.

Professional, knowledgeable and extremely effective

Jacqueline is a true professional litigator. She is knowledgeable, effective, strategic, aggressive and a great legal weapon/ally to have in business. At the same time she is down to earth, speaks plainly and bluntly and has great interpersonal negotiation skills.

"Jackie's outstanding. Very, very smart, excellent knowledge of the law and, most important, very practical in her approach to litigation. She knows that there are business as well as legal implications to what she does, and she works hard not only to win her cases, but also to achieve an outcome that makes business sense for her clients. I highly endorse Jackie. You will be glad you hired her."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
