ALEX N.  KAPETAN, JR. IS A FOUNDING PARTNER OF WITES & KAPETAN, P.A.  HE DIRECTS THE FIRM’S PRACTICE GROUPS FOR PERSONAL INJURY AND WRONGFUL DEATH, IMMIGRATION AND CONSUMER DEBT LITIGATION.

ALEX N. KAPETAN, JR. graduated cum laude from The University of Miami School of Law.  Alex earned his undergraduate degree from Harvard University.

Alex has handled countless cases since founding Wites & Kapetan in 2001.  He has maintained long lasting relationships with the firm’s present and former clients, and is well known for his friendly and sincere personality that enables him to connect with clients, understand their problems, and resolve their cases.

Alex was a founding member of the Personal Injury Law Society at The University of Miami.  This group sponsored various events that educated students about the practice of personal injury law.  Alex also was a member of the Phi Delta Phi honor society.

Alex graduated from Harvard University with a degree in Government.  While at Harvard he played varsity football and was a two-year starter on the offensive line.  Alex also was an active member of the Crimson Outreach Program through which Harvard varsity athletes spoke to Boston area students about the importance of getting an education.

Alex is a member of the Florida Bar, the Broward County Bar Association, and the Florida Justice Association. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1999.

Alex practiced law at a litigation firm in Miami upon graduation from the University of Miami.  There, he focused on representing plaintiffs in personal injury, products liability and medical  malpractice cases, as well as class actions and insurance coverage disputes.

Additionally, Alex spent his summers in law school working for Kapetan, Meyers, Rosen, Louik & Perry, P.A., a prominent Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania law firm that represents plaintiffs in personal injury, products liability, and medical malpractice litigation.  Alex’s father was a founding member of this firm and practiced personal injury law for over thirty-five years.

In January 2001, Alex decided to bring his knowledge of the law and his passion for representing those who have been wrongly injured to Wites & Kapetan, P.A.

Alex was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and moved to South Florida to attend law school and practice law.
