One of the most dishonest attorneys I've ever had the dire misfortune of being subjected to. No sense of integrity, truth or what is the fair & right thing to do to preserve families caught in the Family Law mill. The man has no qualms with telling out right lies without any thought as to the destru...ctive, life-long consequences to real people -parents, children and families (their well-being & finances).

I hired Mr. Dunleavy two years ago to help me with my parenting plan. He was direct, fair and worked out a payment plan where I paid him weekly until it was set. His staff is wonderful and was very helpful and patient with me. I am going to call him again to modify the parenting plan. I trust him and... am so glad he was referred to me.

My divorce wasn't easy, my ex-husband is a lawyer himself, so it was a long hauled battle and, no doubt, the most difficult time in my life thus far. I had several attorneys representing me before Michael and no one could make sense of the mess. Michael is very pragmatic and direct, and just did what... he had to do to end the nonsense in a way that was fair for all involved. His approach was "What do you need for your children?". He always comes from a place of contribution, I have never met another lawyer like him. In fact, I have met very few human beings like Michael. He's a true gentleman, but don't let his kindness fool you. He will definitely get you the fair divorce that you need and deserve.
