Jared Sonnenklar

I reached out to Attorney Sonnenklar with a legal issue that I needed assistance with. After a 15 minute conversation at best, I felt so comfortable and decided to proceed with his representation. Most importantly, I retained Jarad who we mutually became on a first name basis with pretty much I gues...s what all con men do. I had not checked any reviews at that point several days into my representation, which was extremely time sensitive. I started to realize that he had not reviewed any of my documents, not filed a notice of appearance and did not return phone calls readily. I began to have the overwhelming feeling that I should check some reviews after doing so I realized that other people have complained about him being nothing more than a money grabber that does not show up in court. It seems that he likes to take money and claim quantum meruit And for those of you that don’t know what that is , it simply means that the spend 10 minutes speaking with you and send you his Disney version of a retainer agreement. He gets to keep your money. When I texted Jarad a day, and a half half before my hearing and asked if he had actually filed a notice of appearance, and would like to discuss strategy, my name changed quickly to, sir, and his demeanor became increasingly aggressive as if he was working for the other side Again consistent with the reviews I have read. I requested my retainer back which he denied telling me that he would send me an invoice. I am pretty sure this is about 20 minutes at best into my case and Johnny Cochran rest his soul would’ve been less expensive. I am moving forward with an extreme complaint because I have requested my retainer be returned to me and of course Attorney Sonnenklar is now a ghost. it is my belief based on my conversations with this individual that he has too many personal problems to represent anyone competently . Anyone reading this review that has an issue with this attorney please feel free to reach out. I will be filing a complex bar complaint and would love to include anyone that has been wronged by this so-called officer of the court.

Mr. Jared Sonnenklar, after being paid, stopped returning my calls, voicemails, text, and emails for weeks. He was supposed to enter into my case on the first court date, and failed to deliver. The judge ordered an extended bond for me, because Mr. Sonnenklar did not enter into my case. I was s...itting at home listening to music, when I heard a loud knocking on my door. It was the police with a $100,000.00 bond on me. I asked them what it was about, and they said that I did not appear in court. This was about two (2) weeks after Mr. Sonnenklar was to enter into my case. Mr. Sonnenklar did not perform his duties as my attorney. Mr. Jared Sonnenklar cost me over $100,000.00+ because he did not appear on my behalf.
