Jared Sonnenklar

I hired Mr. Sonnenklar to represent me on a misdemeanor battery and a felony battery (both of which I beat myself without his help, probably a little due to the fact that Monroe County Court Judges are aware of his negligence and lack of diligence so they probably felt sorry for me. Notice the felony... case doesn't even have a motion to enter as my counsel on. And the misdemeanor one he waited until 12 hours after the time of court to file a notice to enter in on my counsel which AS A RESULT I suffered having to communicate with Judge Sharon Hamilton myself to not have a warrant. We paid Mr. Sonnenklar May 4th 2022 a week before court. Now I am taking Mr. Sonnenklar to small claims court in addition to any other remedies I deem just. Go to Monroe County criminal case search type in my name Johnathan Shiadek case number 22-MM-000338-A-P and scroll down the docket to where it shows all this and on the 'Letter from defendant ' which the clerk entered in May 16th 2022 you'll see 10 different screenshots confirming every little detail of this complaint. Now the fact that I have to treat a grown man attorney like a child to get my money back is even more absurd. Just like I beat both my cases I will prevail though, watch.

Mr. Jared Sonnenklar, after being paid, stopped returning my calls, voicemails, text, and emails for weeks. He was supposed to enter into my case on the first court date, and failed to deliver. The judge ordered an extended bond for me, because Mr. Sonnenklar did not enter into my case. I was s...itting at home listening to music, when I heard a loud knocking on my door. It was the police with a $100,000.00 bond on me. I asked them what it was about, and they said that I did not appear in court. This was about two (2) weeks after Mr. Sonnenklar was to enter into my case. Mr. Sonnenklar did not perform his duties as my attorney. Mr. Jared Sonnenklar cost me over $100,000.00+ because he did not appear on my behalf.
