Ms. Vigil-Farinas went above and beyond in our case. I had an extremely difficult and volatile divorce case which required a lot of time and patience. Over the 5 year period of continuous motions for my ex, Ms. Vigil-Farinas remained steadfast. She provided hours of consultations, advice and assistan...ce. I could not have kept my kids safe if it was not for Ms. Vigil-Farinas. I cannot say enough about her. She will go up against the toughest lawyers without hesitation. I am forever grateful for her help.

She is very unprofessional and unprepared. When we went to court she was completely unprepared for the case, and the opposing attorney actually had to help her on our case. She is a liar. She will say one thing to your face and do nothing what she says. She is not there for your best interest. I used... another attorney and was much better off. I have asked for a detailed bill multiple times and she has never given it to me. She takes your money and doesn’t do any real work. Stay away from her!

Atencion....Jamás la contrates, estuvo mas de un año y medio con mi caso y nada bueno hizo tuve que sacarla del caso, durante mas de un año estuvo en constantes cancelaciones de mediacion, deposiciones y hearing con la jueza, me avisaba de las cancelaciones un dia antes, muchas veces senti q...ue trabajaba ayudando a la otra abogada, se ajustaban las citas, tiempos, cancelaciones arreglandose entre ellas, inverti cerca de 10.000 mil dollares con ella y no consiguio nunca nada a nuestro favor, como sera que tuve que retomar mi caso de chieldssoport directamente con la oficina de ellos....me mando en 3 oportunidades abogadas diferentes cuando fuimos a citaciones frente la jueza, las cuales no sabian nada de mi caso porque ella andaba viajando supuestamente y me avisaba de que no se iba a presentar, horas antes de llegar a la corte, atraves de texto por celular, es informal, cero vocación, no se compromete, es desorganizada, miente para sacarte mas dinero hablandote mil maravillas que puede lograr hacer y todo es una mentira....se expresa de que ella no roba tu dinero como los otros abogados... tengo que expresar esto pues no me gustaría que a nadie le toque pasar por esta mala experiencia por escoger un mal abogado como esta.....estuvo por una semana texteandome por que le diera mas dinero ya que nos tocaba la corte frente la jueza en esa misma semana, le doy el dinero que pide con una tarjeta de credito me sacan el dinero de la cuenta y en 10 Minutos me da una llamada para decirme que al proximo dia no tendemos corte que hay que cancelarla....asi de sucio trabaja, es una mujer hinumana, cero sensibilidad con el cliente.....mala experiencia, desagradable....Gersah Foster

My divorced was absolutely the worst experience I have ever gone through. It started out bad and went straight to terrifying. I have little to any legal knowledge and was spinning out of control. I hired Elena and her team and instantly felt better. The divorce went on what seemed like forever but e...ach time I was attacked by my exwife using the court as a weapon Elena took control. She explained what was happening, and more importantly why it was happening. She knew all the games and tricks opposing counsel was doing. Some of the things that happened were my fault. Elena sat me down and in straight talk told me where I went wrong and how not to do it again. She also with every problem we confronted had a solution and helping direction. Sometimes I needed a slap in the face and others I needed to be talked off the ledge. In the court room is where Elena really shows you her determination and expertise. She is a fighter and uses the law to back up everything she says. I was always extremely comforted and proud to have her on my side. Elena is a good caring person that understands her clients are people too. Words could not express my appreciation for all of her hard work. I would truly reccomend her to anyone needing help. Like myself you may be a better person for the experience.

I was represented for a Boating while intoxicated charge,Elena charged a flat rate witch I found to be reasonable .It included deposition of witness's,court appearance,phone calls ,and dealing with pre trial services .The case was eventually dismissed after 13 months.The paralegal Barbara was great t...o work with and explained the process to me and was available to answer all my questions in a timely manner.
