I have been representing condominium and homeowners associations throughout the State of Florida since 2008, and I regularly advise associations in the interpretation of their governing documents, the enforcement of their covenants and restrictions, board governance and operational issues, contract drafting, negotiation and dispute resolution, regulatory compliance matters, arbitration, mediation, and litigation. I have handled hundreds of association foreclosure actions for the collection of unpaid assessments, as well as injunctive relief litigation and DBPR investigations and arbitration matters concerning election disputes, recall arbitration, and disputes concerning the authority of the board of directors.
It has also been my pleasure to provide guidance and instruction to dozens of business executives and provide workplace training in best practices for the management of human capital and defensive strategies for avoiding employment-related liability, including harassment and discrimination claims. As an experienced educator, I have taught courses in business and employment law, and have facilitated continuing education courses for Community Association Managers and certification courses for directors of condominium and homeowners associations. I've authored articles on condominium and homeowners association law and operations, and have been quoted in various industry publications.
My background includes some three decades in law enforcement, having been awarded dozens of commendations and other recognitions. Additionally, I continue to serve in the United States Air Force Auxiliary, Civil Air Patrol, where I hold the rank of Lt.Col, serving as legal officer in addition to work in emergency response, disaster relief, and search and rescue, in which I hold multiple certifications. I have devoted thousands of hours to community service and continue to do so.
I am Board Certified as a Specialist in Condominium and Planned Development Law, a distinction shared by less than 1% of the attorneys licensed to practice in the State of Florida, and reflecting the highest level of evaluation by the Florida Bar as to the competency and experience of attorneys in their certification practice area. I hold an AV Preeminent® rating (the highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards) from Martindale-Hubbell, as well as a Super Lawyers rating, a distinction shared by less than 3% of the attorneys in Florida. I received my Juris Doctor Degree from Nova Southeastern University, with Honors including Law Review and Pro Bono Honors. I also hold Masters in Management degree with a concentration in Human Resources from American Public University, and earned the designation of Senior Professional in Human Resource Management from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
Personally, I have been described as a "calming force", and I am humbled and honored by the confidence clients place in me as I guide them through even the most turbulent waters towards a satisfactory resolution to their legal dispute.

Raymon was great to work with, he was quick in getting back to me when I called on issues, helpful, on top of the situation and always on time. Highly recommend him to anyone needing services in his specialties.
