Enrique J. Baltar

Enrique J. Baltar was born in Havana, Cuba and is fluent in Spanish. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from Florida Atlantic University, with a major in Finance. After a successful career with the largest banking institutions nationwide including Washington Mutual Bank, Bank of America and Wachovia he decided to answer to his lifelong vocation and pursue a law degree. He received his Law Doctorate from Florida State University College of Law, ranked   within the top 50 law schools in the US.

Because of his extensive financial background, Mr. Baltar is able to understand the most complicated marital and business financial situations.

Mr. Baltar practices in the area of family and marital law matters, with an emphasis on divorce, paternity, alimony, and child support.

Mr. Baltar has been married since 2006 and has one child.  He enjoys spending time with his family and reading.

Enrique J. Baltar nació en La Habana, Cuba. Obtuvo su Licenciatura en Florida Atlantic University, con especialidad en Finanzas. Después de trabajar con importantes  instituciones bancarias a nivel nacional incluyendo Washington Mutual Bank, Bank of America y   Wachovia decidió responder a su vocación y curso la Licenciatura en Derecho. Obtuvo su titulo en Derecho en Florida State University College of Law,   clasificado dentro de las mejores 50 facultades de Derecho en los Estados Unidos.

Debido a su amplia experiencia financiera,  es capaz de resolver  las situaciones financieras maritales y de negocios más complicadas.

Actualmente práctica en el área de Derecho Matrimonial y Familiar, con énfasis en la manutención de los hijos, pensión alimenticia, paternidad y divorcio.

Ha estado casado desde el año 2006 y tiene un hijo de 5 años. En sus tiempo libre disfruta pasar el tiempo con su familia y leyendo.
