Eliot Bagen Dempsey

I am based in Fort Lauderdale and represent clients throughout South Florida, from Miami to West Palm Beach, in the areas of personal injury and wills, trusts and estate planning.

I opened The Dempsey Law Firm, P.A., so that I could provide the kind of service and the kind of personal connection that my clients want, need and deserve.

As your attorney, I'm easy to talk to, always accessible and I pride myself on being a willing listener. But, the reality is, more than all else, I'm a relationship builder.

In representing your interests, I practice with the utmost professionalism. I'm detail oriented, I place a premium on producing quality work and my sole purpose is to produce results and an experience that you, the client, will be happy with.

I began my legal career working for a well respected insurance defense firm in Fort Lauderdale, I've spent time as in-house counsel for an auto insurance company in Miami and I've been practicing as a plaintiff's attorney for the last few years prior to founding The Dempsey Law Firm, P.A.

When I'm not diligently representing my client's interests, I'm at home with my beautiful wife Michelle, our adorable daughter Bella and my dog, Blue.
