David Joseph Braun

David was referred to me from a fellow successful Fort Lauderdale businessman about a year ago. When I met with David I was charged with two criminal cases as well as an permanent injunction against me for dating violence put on me by a jealous guy that was trying to get with my girl. I felt like I w...as going to lose everything and then I hired David. David took and still takes my calls at all hours, legal holidays, religious holidays. I’ve paid him, but not enough for what he has done for me. David took it personal, David rose above all of it, got ALL MY CASES DIMISSED. Just returned from my court, and got to the computer to say thanks and leave my comments about David Braun. In 2010 I was charged with Aggravated Battery(felony, max sentence 15 yrs in prison). Honestly, I had nothing to do with an incident, I was just in a wrong time, in a wrong place. This was... a main goal for David - to prove, that I had nothing to do with it. He did it in a very professional manner, and always remembering to make sure my interests are defended. David Professionally prepared himself for deposition, which (i think) played main role in finilizing this case. In short, from Aggravated Battery(felony) charge was changed to Disorderly Conduct(misdemeanor). I agreed on this myself, just to finilize it already, but I`m sure Dave would be able to go to trial and prove my innosence. But this would take more time again. Dedicated respect he deserves for not trying to convince me to accept 9 month probation, which was offered first. I told him: "Look Dave, I didn't do nothing in that accident, and probation, I`m sorry, is not something I will accept. Then lets got to trial." Dave Answered me "OK, I understand you. Let me see what I can do." ... and he didn't even think of convincing me to accept it. Big respect for that. Communication: Was very easy to communicate, and from the first day Dave told me: "I`m here for you 24/7". Of course I didn't call him at nights, but I did bother him sometimes on Sundays:-) lol.... and he always picked up the phone. Recommend? Yes. If you are looking for a honest lawyer who will be always defending your interests. Will I use him again? Well, I hope I won't need...:)... but, I remember his phone, because its very easy combination of numbers;) Dave, thanks for everything.

I met attorney David Braun when my son was arrested for First Degree Murder. My son and his friend were allegedly burglarizing a store when they fled the scene in a stolen car, lost control and drove into a canal. My son survived but his friend died. I checked into how difficult the youthful offender sentence would be to obtain and my research showed that there were only about 150 last year, in comparison to almost 3000 in years past. In the sentencing hearing Mr. Braun cross examined the states witnesses and even had to try and explain my Son's recorded jail calls. He was brilliant and turned the whole hearing in our favor. I totally reccomend David Braun as an attorney for you or your familiy member. He proved himself to me in a big way.
