I hired David on 03/2020 at the bringing he was great, he told me he would be able to get my husband an immigration bond even doe i hired him for a criminal situation on the first date to appear for immigration David was not in any way ready to take on the situation first he did not appear in court i...n person he did it over the phone secondly he sounded half a sleep and down play the whole situation in front of the judge, he lies n just talk a good game. 2 or 3 weeks into David handing my case i informed him i no longer needed his services and he declined to even release me he became very nasty and than starting to speak to me as if only him and his family matters and no one else. David never once appeared to criminal case for me nor does he has a date when i informed him that i was cancelling his services he than stated that he would lower the price and i would not have to pay the balance just so he can continue with my case i declined his offer with all this being sad please do you detail research on his lawyer he talks a big talk but that's all it is just talk.

Just got back from Court with David. Give you a little background. My boss was driving me home and we got pulled over for a headlight. Cops ran my name and said I had a warrant...NO BOND. Turns out it was some investigation from a couple years ago that I had no idea about. So I got arrested in COLLI...ER COUNTY. My boss called David. He went into Broward Court the same day on the new case. My case was not even on the docket, David convinced the Judge to hear it anyway. Then David Convinced the Judge to give me a bond. Then he got a Bondsman that as a favor to David paid the bond without even being paid by us and got me out. Because I was still in Collier I was ordered to appear before the Judge the following Friday which is Today to be arraigned. David and I walk in and the Judge says, “the paperwork wasn’t processed and he’s gotta go back into custody.” I was FREAKIN OUT. This was at 8:30am. David immediately went into action. I saw him writing papers, meeting with the BSO Deputy. Then he called the Bondsman and met with all the people together to try and find a solution. I saw David fight for me BIG TIME. Almost 4 hours later David convinced the Judge to let me leave and go home for the weekend. He got all the orders signed by the Judge and explained them to me and told me to have them on me at all times until next weeks hearing. I’m out for the weekend and SOOOO THANKFUL TO DAVID. AWESOME LAWYER! If you can get him as your lawyer...Do It!

Just returned from my court, and got to the computer to say thanks and leave my comments about David Braun. In 2010 I was charged with Aggravated Battery(felony, max sentence 15 yrs in prison). Honestly, I had nothing to do with an incident, I was just in a wrong time, in a wrong place. This was... a main goal for David - to prove, that I had nothing to do with it. He did it in a very professional manner, and always remembering to make sure my interests are defended. David Professionally prepared himself for deposition, which (i think) played main role in finilizing this case. In short, from Aggravated Battery(felony) charge was changed to Disorderly Conduct(misdemeanor). I agreed on this myself, just to finilize it already, but I`m sure Dave would be able to go to trial and prove my innosence. But this would take more time again. Dedicated respect he deserves for not trying to convince me to accept 9 month probation, which was offered first. I told him: "Look Dave, I didn't do nothing in that accident, and probation, I`m sorry, is not something I will accept. Then lets got to trial." Dave Answered me "OK, I understand you. Let me see what I can do." ... and he didn't even think of convincing me to accept it. Big respect for that. Communication: Was very easy to communicate, and from the first day Dave told me: "I`m here for you 24/7". Of course I didn't call him at nights, but I did bother him sometimes on Sundays:-) lol.... and he always picked up the phone. Recommend? Yes. If you are looking for a honest lawyer who will be always defending your interests. Will I use him again? Well, I hope I won't need...:)... but, I remember his phone, because its very easy combination of numbers;) Dave, thanks for everything.
