I can not recommend Stanislav and his team enough! I was in a situation where I was not sure how to get my green card and the time was ticking. My visa was about to expire. When we scheduled a consultation I knew about the EB1 green card but I was not sure it for me. However, after the conversat...ion with Stanislav he reassured me that we could do it. He explained all the details and addressed all the concerns. After that his team was helping me in preparation. They send a detailed schedule for me and we were moving step by step. We sent the document in Aug and in Dec I had my green card! I am so greatful!

Сотрудничество со Станиславом Шамаевы остался не доволен. Контракт заключается на пол года, из которых у меня фактически было 3.5 месяца на подготовку документов, поскольку заключили договор в начале декабря, потом предоставлял имеющиеся документы, потом новогодние праздники и работа фактически начал...ась в феврале, а у же в мае он сказал, что я должен доплатить еще 50% для продления контракта еще на 3 мес. Подготовка документа была невероятным стрессом, поскольку его команда требовала переписывать каждый документ множество раз и в итоге когда мне оставалось сделать буквально несколько документов, он расторг со мной контракт на 5-ом месяце без возврата 10000 долларов, в связи с тем что я отказался платить за продление. В итоге его работа по написании петиции не была сделана и документы не были поданы, то есть я фактически потратил 10к и не получил за это результата в виде поданной петиции. Платить еще 5к я отказался, потому что за время работы с ним истощился моральной от огромного стресса. К сожалению найти про него отрицательные отзывы сложно, поскольку он в договоре запрещает это, пугая различными санкциями и расторжением контракта без возврата. Лично с эти столкнулся. Считаю, что запрет выражения своего мнения является серьезным нарушением базовых прав и свобод касающихся свободы слова, но к сожалению поскольку большинство его клиентов находятся за пределами США, никто особо не знает как этому противостоять и не хочет заморачиваться нанимая другого адвоката, чтобы судиться с Шамаевым

I really don’t understand these recessions, this company is scamming people. All they want is money, they don’t care about ur letters, no one is checking ur work, it all takes too long and in the end they say „sorry, we’ll we have to make the contract longer“ pay more pay more pay more Never again...
