Stanislav A Shamayev

I spent almost two years working with Stanislav A Shamayev on EB2-NIW case. From my experience he has very little understanding about how IT industry works. At the first meeting in July 2023 he told me he would get an approval for me in January 2024. I was very excited to start working with his team.... Unfortunately this turned out to be one of the worst experiences of my life. Stanislav A Shamayev's team completely ignored my ideas and pushed me to do what they say. Else, Stanislav wrote, he would break the agreement without compensation. He said I should trust him because he had thousands of approved cases and knows how the system works. I followed his instructions as best as I could. The case was denied in April 2025 after second application and a response to an RFE. My total direct losses are more than $30,000. В противном случае, написал Станислав, он разорвет соглашение в одностороннем порядке и что я должен довериться опыту его команды, потому что у него тысячи одобренных кейсов и он знает, как работает система. My eb1 approved thanks to Stanislav Shamayev. I had moments I thought it won’t happen. Meanwhile Shamayev fight for me on the backstage making strategy, adding, responding, submitting… Stanislav will win ur case if u got 1% chance to win! But here is the thing, he won’t get u if you don’t hav...e chance. If he accepts ur case, just rely on him and do what he says. He was the real talent in my case!
