M. Salomon is very courteous and friendly, but to me maybe unorganized. She was handling immigration papers which she had told me would have taken 9 months but went over 2 years. She fell to follow up with the different immigration offices which I had to do, I fell like all she did was fill out the p...aperwork. I would call and leave message multiple times with no response and no call back, she is never in her office and her secretary never knows anything.
