Fixed my Student Loan issue fast and easy!

I had debt collectors harassing me for over 5 years for a student loan debt that I never signed for. I finally decided to hire an attorney. Matthew was great! He got rid of it FAST and easy. He is very efficient and honest. Highly recommended.

Months and months wasted

I signed a contract in may with Matthew Militzok. Hos assistant Emily was in charge of my case. She rately answered my e-mails and the times she did it took her almost two weeks. Communication was extremely hard. I tried calling the office but my messages were never returned. The property manager cam...e to my apartment to inspect a leak and told ne that he did not receive any information from my lawyer. I had sent many e mails to be forward to the association and it was never sent. Recently, after five months, I was able to get a hold of Emily and stated my concern. The lawyer was scheduled to talk to me by Emily. Instead, just sent me a letter dropping my case. 5 months of my time completely wasted. I never dealt with a law firm so disorganized and unprofessional!!!

Negligent and Failed to even read our emails and Docs

We had to hire another lawyer to fix their mess. They dropped the ball on a slam dunk case. We had multiple floods which were the HOA's responsibility. Matt's team failed to even read the documents we sent and couldn't do the simple math of accounting for our expenses. In the end, they dropped the ba...ll and failed to include HVAC costs which is now a huge liability for us. When we asked that they fix the mess they created, Matt tried to send us a bill. We had to hire another lawyer to fix their mess.
