PersonaBankruptcy Chapter 7

My sister-in-law passed away in February. While helping my 80 year old brother in law sort through his financial matters we discovered that with the loss of income he would be unable to pay his outstanding debt. We contacted Mr. Solomon who accepted our case and helped us immensely during the bankru...ptcy process. Because I live in another city Mr. Solomon went out of his way to communicate with me by email in order to assist my elderly brother-in-law through the steps required. Mr. Solomon answered every email immediately upon receipt. He guided us through what seemed like an enormous amount-of paperwork and prepared us for the meeting of creditors which ended with a positive result. Mr. Solomon gave clear and concise directions about our responsibilities and we are very pleased with his service. I would most definitely recommend Jeffrey fSolomon for legal needs.

Highly recommended

When dealing with a bankruptcy it is very stressful and draining. Mr. Solomon took a big weight off my shoulders. He took his time with me to answer any questions that I had and made the process easier for me to understand . He and his staff are very well organized and he is thorough in his work. Bankruptcy Claim Defense

I was a defendant in a claim involving a relative's bankruptcy filing. Jeffrey was hired to defend me. A Debtors Advocate

I would recommend Jeffrey Solomon to anyone considering filing Bankruptcy. From the initial consultation to the end of my bankruptcy, his explanations of what the process would entail were accurate. He answered my inquiries promptly. In the middle of my plan, I decided to surrender a home that I ow...ned to the bank. The surrender was handled swiftly. He and his staff made a tough financial situation easier to handle.
