Before I hired this firm, I was previously represented by three different attorneys. Having concerns about their conduct, skills and level of interests in my case, I began to look for a new attorney. My case was a pretty complex case, and not very straightforward due to some special circumstances. I contacted multiple attorneys, but the attorneys who called back spent only a few minutes with me on the phone, quoted the fees for the legal services, and basically told me that there was little to be done. When I found Gail, I was already pretty fed up with lawyers at this point, but something in the conversation made me give it another shot.
From the very first minute with Gail, she gave me the impression for the very first time that she genuinely cared about the case and not about my money like my previous lawyers.
Throughout his representation in my case, Gail demonstrated a high level of professionalism and knowledge of Immigration law. She is extremely intelligent, compassionate, down to earth and pragmatic, and is very focused on delivering results. She came up with creative solutions that simply amazed me, and generated hope when all others told me to abandon hope. She was very patient and responsive in answering my questions and was always available by phone or e-mail for me. She worked very hard to prepare for my hearing, and as a result, I received a very good outcome that was way beyond what everyone told me I could expect in my case.
I could go on and on about how wonderful Gail is, simply because that is how much I appreciate her work and her as a person. Bottom line, I highly recommend Gail to anyone who needs assistance in his/her immigration matter.
Endorsements from fellow lawyers are an important consideration for many when selecting the right attorney. Be the first to endorse your colleague!
