Mistakes were made in filling out the documents. We still have not received an answer from Olena Green and Ama-Mariya Hoffenden why Olena Green did not send all the documents that I provided to her.We asked to return the documents to us, but they still ignore our request and do not respond to messages. An employee Tatiana works in the office, who repeatedly accepted cash payments from us and did not provide payment documents. Ama Maria was not interested in helping me as a client and resolving problems.
