My experience with the Law Offices of Ama-Mariya Hoffenden has been very unpleasant and very sad. Olena Green worked with me. She introduced herself as an attorney for Ama-Mariya Hoffenden. Olena Green informed me that the service will cost $10,000 and this cost includes the full opening of a branch ...(registration of a company, assignment of a tax number and everything related to the registration of a company) and an L1 visa. She asked for documents to be sent to USCIS to form a package for opening a branch and opening an L1 visa. I sent the documents certified with an apostille that she requested from me. The documents were sent by me in time for Olena Green. We have received a response from USCIS. It turned out that Olena Green did not send all the necessary documents to USCIS. Mistakes were made in filling out the documents. We still have not received an answer from Olena Green and Ama-Mariya Hoffenden why Olena Green did not send all the documents that I provided to her.We asked to return the documents to us, but they still ignore our request and do not respond to messages. After paying for services in the amount of $ 10,000, Olena Green changed her behavior. She became very unfriendly in communication, ignored my questions and requests to appoint me a consultation, spoke to me very rudely and irritably. For a long time after paying for the services, she promised to form a package for migration in time and send it. But he didn't do it for a very long time. She came up with new excuses every time. I repeatedly asked to answer all the questions and schedule a video consultation for me, but she ignored me. She wrote that she had no time. Before signing the contract, Olena Green said that after payment, she will provide an additional agreement to the contract, which will indicate all the services that are included in the cost of $ 10,000. We paid the full amount of $10,000. But she never provided us with an additional agreement to the contract. Later, she demanded to pay for a photocopy of documents in her office and demanded payment for services that were included in the contract price of $10,000. For me, this was shocking news. We paid for other services in this company. She also demanded additional payment for these services. Later, the owner of the company, Ama-Mariya Hoffenden, announced in a letter that she was terminating the service agreement. In the letter, Ama-Maria indicated the reason for terminating the contract, that allegedly my representative secretly records the conversations of employees in her company. Elena Green and Ama Maria insulted and humiliated me as a client and my representative with such behavior and attitude. They allow themselves to slander and lie in relation to me and to my representative. Ama Maria never contacted me, never made an appointment. She showed up after I demanded that Olena Green explain what was going on. Olena Green did not inform before signing the contract and full payment for services that they do not receive an L1 visa in the US and do not put an L1 visa in the US in the passport. Olena Green deceived me, she first said that the L1 visa is considered by the migration service for up to 4 months. After that, she said that the L1 visa would be received only after 2-3 years. I demanded to send confirmation of her words. She did not send official information to USCIS, where it is written that the review period has increased to 2-3 years. There is no information on USCIS and there was not that the period for consideration and issuance of an L1 visa, according to Olena Green, is now 2-3 years. An employee Tatiana works in the office, who repeatedly accepted cash payments from us and did not provide payment documents. Ama Maria was not interested in helping me as a client and resolving problems.
