My case isn't resolved yet, but I feel I can rate Mr. Steve Jessup based on his performance as my attorney thus far. He is an intelligent, competent attorney in the area of disability and benefits laws. I like that he's honest and aggressive in managing my case. No other attorneys I consulted showed ...a fraction of his passion and work ethic. He promptly returns messages and communicates with me regularly. His legal and practical advice has been sound. His staff is also courteous, prompt and professional. I am grateful to have retained him for my case and feel that if anyone can win my case it's him. I contacted Steve after my LTD provider (Prudential) terminated my coverage. I wasn't sure what to do. My livelihood was more than cut in half. I did a search for law firms that represented clients that had their disability payments terminated. I contacted Steve's firm. He was assigned to the case. ... After speaking with Steve I was confident he was the one to hire to go after the provider. Through the process of data gathering, physician statements, statements from friends and family, Steve put together a presentation that was very solid and the provider resumed the coverage after 8 (eight) months. They also made it retroactive so I received the monies I should have received. In June of 2015 Prudential again terminated my coverage. I received notice of this termination which violated the agreement of all communication about my case to be sent to Steve first. I had to inform Steve of Prudential's action. Needless to say he was not please that they went around him. I went 9 (nine) months this time with Steve compiling additional data from the time between the last termination and this one. The provider conducted surveillance on me in an attempt to "catch me" doing things I can not do. Prudential asked for an extension to their investigation time which Steve granted. Then they asked for even more time after an independent medical exam was ordered by Prudential. As a result of the opinion of the physician and the extensive case Steve and his team built, my benefits were again reinstated. That is twice Steve and his team have confronted Prudential with the facts and beat the attempt to terminate my coverage. If you are looking for an attorney that not only talks the talk but also walks the walk, hire Steve. He will get the job done for you. I am very glad I was able to find and work with Steve. He and his team will do whatever it takes to get you what you deserve.

I have been a client of Stephen Jessup since early last year and have to say he’s an amazing attorney whose direct approach and attention to detail are second to none. My case presents a difficult challenge in that we have to manage my LTD policy, workers compensation, and SSDI all together. Attorney...
