Richard has extensive knowledge in tax and corporate law. He is a very trustworthy and knowledgeable attorney, always available to answer questions and explain situations in layman's terms, making it easier to understand. In my case he helped me with the filing of my company's corporate documents (articles of organization, EIN, S corp, operating agreement and is currently doing my personal and corporate bookkeeping and tax returns. I highly recommend his services.
