Biography
Lindsay Lawrence Chase is a Criminal Trial Lawyer who has spent the majority of her career in criminal defense. While in law school she worked for the Broward State Attorney’s Office. After law school she started working at the Broward Public Defender’s Office where she worked on DUIs, burglaries, robberies, grand thefts, and first degree murder charges. Lindsay left the public defender's office for private practice in 2019.
Lindsay has received many accolades throughout her life. She was on the Dean’s List: Fall 2012, Fall 2013, Winter 2013, Winter 2015. She also earned multiple Book Awards in Criminal Law, Constitutional Law II, and Advanced Criminal Procedure. While in law school Lindsay was a Jessup Moot Court Competitor and Brief Writer. She was also a senior staff member for (ILSA) Journal of International and Comparative Law. Lindsay was the president of NSU Law Student Chapter of Toastmasters: President. Also she was a member of Nova Trial Association: Member. Currently Lindsay is the Pi Beta Phi, Broward Alumni Chapter President. She is also the Committee Chair for the Greater Fort Lauderdale Junior League Human Trafficking Committee Chair. Lastly Lindsay is on the executive board of the Broward Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Sound advice
