Peter Felix Armstrong

I am an attorney licensed in Alabama, Minnesota, and multiple federal courts. I am the owner and operator of Peter Armstrong, Attorney at Law, a boutique firm specializing in criminal appeals and postconviction remedies at the state and federal level in Alabama and Minnesota. I also work as Of Counsel at Subzero Expungements, Pardons, and Appeals, a Minnesota firm, and the Law Offices of Robert David Malove, a Florida firm.

I have many years of experience in criminal appeals and postconviction proceedings. My primary experience has been reviewing cases, investigating evidence, and drafting substantial postconviction motions or appellate briefs. I am grateful to have played a role in bringing relief to wrongfully convicted and excessively sentenced defendants. I hope to one day expand into civil rights litigation focused on prison and jail conditions.

I enjoy writing on topics related to criminal justice, prison education, and civil rights. My article on prison education in Florida was published in the Mitchell Hamline Journal of Public Policy and Practice.
