Joseph Paul Castiglione

Joseph Castiglione is the founding partner of the firm Joseph P. Castiglione, P.A.  He is fluent in English and Spanish and concentrates his practice in the area(s) of transactional law, real estate and title insurance, contracts and leases and corporate law.

Mr. Castiglione earned a Bachelor's of Science degree from The Florida State University with a double major in Finance and Multinational Business.  He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center, where he was a Dean's Fellow.

Mr. Castiglione is a Martindale-Hubbell AV rated Attorney and is admitted to practice in the State of Florida where he is a member in good standing and is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar.  In addition, he is a Member of the North Miami and the Beaches Real Estate Counsel and has served as a Member of the Board of Directors.  He is also an active member in several bar associations.  Mr. Castiglione is a member of Attorneys Title and is authorized to issue title insurance policies as their agent under Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and he is a bonded and insured Notary Commissioned by the State of Florida. 

Prior to his law career Mr. Castiglione worked as a Financial Cousultant for several years and worked at one of the largest retail brokerage companies in the nation where he was employed in the capacity of a State of Florida Registered Advisor holding Series 7, 63, 65 and 31 licenses amongst others.  This background has proven itself to be a valuable resource as he has the ability to transform and put to use that knowledge and experience when consulting his corporate clientele.
