This law firm is working under false pretense that they are here to help. She is a thief and I don’t remember to waiste your time and money. Attorney Lucia was recommended by a family member so we trusted her. We signed contract they charged us $4000 thousand dollars and the assistant Jaime assured m...e that money was told and they would be taking out from that as they worked on the case. They did nothing, the case kept being delayed and delayed they did not do the correct paperwork the assistant kept messing up the names on the paperwork until finally we missed out dead line to move. Working with this law firm was awful, when I requested my money back from the amount the lawyer didn’t use I also asked for a receipt of the work and charges she had actually done and she disappeared. They both the lawyer and the assistant stop picking up my phone call they ignored both my husband and I and when I wrote to the bbb they don’t come up as the name on the website so be careful they aren’t even a real law firm.

Lucy Pineiro and office personnel have been amazing! I can't say anything negative ! What I can tell you is how loving and dedicated this office is. They strive for the Childs best interest and fight for what's right no matter the outcome all the while being honest and keeping the FP in the loop of w...hat's going on in the system. Very reliable, dedicated and a FP/adoptive herself! If your looking for someone who is dedicated to her profession look no further than this office. She has done all 4 of my adoptions and taking on our next sibling group !

Ms. Lucy is a very authentic attorney who truly has the best interest at heart of her clients. She is true, fair and just and is a fighter for making sure the children are happy with their forever home. My experience was a tough one and the day my son was granted by the judge to be with me and my fam...ily was the best day ever and Ms. Lucy gave me the biggest hug and I cried tears of joy. I highly recommend Ms. Lucy, she is the truth epitome of authenticity and just!

Zero would be the perfect rating for her. I hired this lady because an uncle appeared out of the blue just when my daughter was free for adoption. Then I looked for her help in order to expedite the process since it was clear from the beginning that it was almost impossible for the uncle to even mov...e to our state to visit/meet my baby, due to his record, etc. This lady didn't move a finger to help. The case got delayed for another year and went to the state the uncle lives where he finally got disqualified. During that time Mrs. Pineiro didn't even answer the phone when I called asking for help. I sent her text messages and emails that were ignored as well. All she did was that she appeared in court one time OVER THE PHONE, to do NOTHING. All she said was that the case manager was doing a good job in requesting documentation from the uncle. The case was finally resolved in another state and this lady had the guts to charge me $1,600 plus, supposedly for participating in some conference calls and reviewing some papers of which I have no proof. Finally when adoption was completed I had to deal directly with Ok agency to fix the subsidy we were going to receive since no one noticed that the amount they were going to give us was wrong.I'm disgusted! I'm glad that God is not sleeping. Dishonest people like this lady are responsible for scaring people away from fostering kids in need. I'm one of them. I initially wanted to foster at least two, but my overall experience was so bad, that unfortunately I decided not to continue doing foster anymore to save my and my family's sanity.
