I strongly advise against retaining this attorney. My experience was deeply disappointing and raised serious concerns about her professionalism and competence. I received excessively high invoices with little to no itemization or explanation of the services rendered. Throughout the case, there was mi...nimal progress, and her involvement ultimately hindered rather than helped the outcome. In court proceedings and meetings with opposing counsel, her conduct was unprofessional and unprepared. She frequently failed to recall critical details—such as broken links or deadlines—and did not communicate effectively with the opposing legal team. These oversights reflected a clear lack of preparation and attention to detail. Based on my experience, I question her qualifications to represent clients effectively. I urge anyone considering her services to review other feedback thoroughly and proceed with extreme caution before committing time or resources.

Divorce lawyer who pitted my parents against each other so that it took longer to get to a resolution (she gets paid by the hour so she did this for her own benefit). If there was a zero that's what I would give her. Very rude, has no empathy, she acts and treat her clients like she knows it all. 8 months and still she has done nothing. But yes she does get paid for not doing anything. She's very unprofessional it's like she's against her own client. If I had mone...y I would off dropped her long time ago. Please do not hire her. She is a scam, she has no remorse and doesn't care, she's only about money. If you want to win or have a good outcome don't hire her there are better lawyer out there. Do your research. Nadia Valdes has been an invaluable asset to me and many of my friends. She is caring, capable and professional. In addition she is very fair in her billing. Always very attentive to any questions I had. Always courteous and well received in court and by her peers. She is the worst lawyer I have ever met. She didn't not handle my case at all . Instead she handed it off to her assistant who did everything wrong. She forgot to include things I asked for and then would charge me more for her mistakes. Her assistant could never answer my questions and always claime...d she would get back to me but never did. I never felt represented or confident in my case. When I expressed my feelings , she was very condesending, defensive and rude. My case had been open for 5months and nothing was done but the last week before court, she was pressuring me to come in right away because that whole time they had done absolutely nothing. She does not care about her clients at all and I do not recommend her to anybody . Super unprofessional. Don't hire her. This is a warning !
